Beetle Thanks

Just a simple thank you card, I recently left my job & have started a new one working in a school. My old work did a collection so this is the card I made for them.
I heat embossed the Beetle in white mounted & layered & used some funky retro paper & added the sentiment.
I am loving my new job & get the holidays off too!!

Especially for Daddy

Two Birthdays, Two Cards

My Mum & Dad's birthdays are a week apart so thought I would post these ones together.... the cricketer is a decoupage from Paper Nation and I have created the Happy Birthday Dad using my Cricut Design Software.
Mum's is stamped with a gorgeous stamp from Hero Arts 'Two Flourish Flowers', I stamped it with Color Box Chalks, Lavender and Olive Pastel, the background is a mix of Color Box again gently dabbed over and then the sides edged. The Mum is the negative of the Cricut cut out & then coloured this with Color Box Chalks the same as the background and put another piece of card behind it that was block coloured with the lavender chalk ink. All topped off with a few gems.

Great at Eighty

Sorry, lots of pictures of this one. The image was stamped & embossed then I coloured using H20's, mounted onto patterned paper & added photo corners.
I stitched double layers of paper/card together to great more luxury to the card. Some extra gems & some black & pink ribbon & Great at Eighty sentiment.
