I used K & Co papers on this, the Happy Birthday message I cut using the computer software for my Cricut machine, it allows you to weld objects together. I edged the words with Color Box chalk inks, and cut the numbers and flowers with the Cricut too. I embellished with some Flower Soft and silver swirl and ribbon.
This came out fantastic, love how you did the "welding" I have the program and have to get busy and try it.
