Curves & Stitches

Two wedding anniversary cards with slight variations. Essentially A4 folded and then cut with a curve, I then cut another strip of card in a curved angle with scallop scissors, I then stitched it to the card that I had already decorated with patterned paper.
Butterfly cut with WIMG Cricut on contrasting card & then in shadow, I attached 2 buttons. The sentiment then heat embossed onto card I had decorated using Chalk Inks.

hi Sadie and thanks for your lovely comments on my blog.

I love al your stitching cards. especially those curvy ones.

Hey I just noticed you are in UK, how would you like to join the UK card swap on the cricut message board there is still one place left.

Kazz said...

the swap is easy. there are ten in it so you make 9 cards and send them to me, I distribute them so you get back one from each other member,

the theme is cards for girls, so its up to you how you interpret that. Your cards should all be of same design so its not as hard as it sounds making 9, although its ok to have variations of colour etc.the deadline is not until 24th September so plenty of time yet. and they dont have to be complicated either.

Hi Saddie! Hope you're keeping well. Looking forward to seeing your new creations.

Sadie thanks for your message,

I'm really sorry but you didnt reply in time to tell me you wanted to join the swap and it is now over subscribed. (People wanted to limit it to ten so they didnt have to make too many and some have already sent there cards out)

However please DO keep watching the boards it would be so good to have you join us next month. We usually have a theme to see how we all interpret that theme differently and its completely up to the individual what they do inside.
